Qualifying exam proposal

It is late at night (it should be early morning) when i finished my proposal...
It was a scary process...
From emergence of an idea (actually just simply put a thought on it)
Till after the abstract being accepted, later found out that the idea has been done and published...
Aiyo, at least what you thought is important ma, see people published the work and idea...
So how? i don't want to propose another idea or field la...
Luckily the chair said no need, phew... just proceed but working on different direction... but must have new direction and idea...
After struggling for long...
Reading some necessary (seems like) related papers...
When the dateline is approaching, idea still not very concrete...
Last week only want to discuss with friends SK and Frank.
Later thought of something, okay then, i can do like this...
Hmmm.., there are some doubts regarding some approach and methods
So finally decided to go to ask the senior Ho...
Ah...starting to face the reality...
Why you want to do this?
Who said their must be interaction?
What are the evidence that it cannot works on its own?
How u going to convince the committee that it is going to be the way like you proposed?

Since the Shin-Huei delayed the proposal submitting time, so now everyone is delaying theirs, including me
Classmates come to discuss with me, see my idea Prafulla and Yu-Hsin

There should be someone published something similar before...

Oh ya.. wash away the primary antobody for IFA samples, add secondary antibody, wash, nuclear staining with DAPI, wash and mounting...
Go back and sleep...
