The fear of mistakes kills the potential for greatness of so many people every day. To overcome is to have an unusual love for mistakes.

The unusual love for mistakes means:

An attitude that does not fear mistakes but expect it (not aim for it), and to have joy to learn from it (not be paralyzed by it) :-)
