The making of 臘八蒜 腊八蒜
It was 8th of December on Lunar Calendar 臘八節 腊八节 (15th of January) last week. Shina, my friend in Beijing taught me to make December 8 Garlic 臘八蒜, it is a special dish on that day.., i didn't get to know about that until i checked on here.
So i went to bought some garlics, peeled off the skin and get ready the vinegar (in the glass can).
This is how it looked like on the first day.

On CNY...
May be the weather was not cold enough, so the garlics still not totally in green.
