Yesterday got some interesting finding, Pak Guan got the stable clones finally.., so it indicates that the replication complex formed is functional making the RNA is able to be replicated within the cells. Initially the other clones were able to be translated but not able to be replicated...
He also got his construct finally after doing the cloning for so long...
Hmmm, tomorrow he will be presenting a paper to his labmates... He still not yet finished the powerpoint slides now..., ahhh, good luck!
Today is Faye's birthday, wish her Happy Birthday! She is not going to sing anymore, so sad. Eventhough she was invited to sing the theme song of Olympic 2008 with RMB 3 million, she also rejected... She can sing and donate the money to charity, she just don't want to sing anymore, not because of the low pay...
Oh ya, don't know why today is father's day for Taiwan, may be "88" sounds similar to father in mandarin 爸爸... We are celebrating Father's Day on the third Sunday of June.
